Diving Rebels and Scubadillos dive clubs
join forces for our annual Wine & Cheese Party, Picnic and Arctic Dive
Saturday, March 15
noon to 5 p.m.

Come for the day or overnight it

We call it an Arctic Dive, but we didn’t plan on it really feeling like the Arctic before getting into the water!

Because of the cold and possibly rainy weather this Saturday, the Diving Rebels and Scubadillos have moved the date to Saturday, March 15, at Lake Murray State Park, Okla.

We’ll be at the Marietta Landing campground., northwest of Marietta Landing, campsites MA007, 006 and 024.

Bring your favorite wine and/or cheese to win prizes for the best red wine, best white wine and best cheese. Judging starts at 3:30 p.m. Please bring your bottles uncorked. They’ll be placed in labeled paper bags.

After the judging, the Diving Rebels will provide brisket, turkey and sausage. Please bring a side or dessert along with your own drinks.

Diving is ad hoc for those brave enough to jump in!

Park entrance fee for the day is $10 per vehicle. Tent and RV trailer camping is available at Buzzards Roost. Visit the park website for availability and rates.

We’ll also have a raffle for fun, mostly useful items!
