**Welcome the new year with fellow Dillos and hear some lessons learned**
**about a seasoned diver at Thursday’s monthly Scubadillo Dive Club meeting** 

Please join us for our monthly Scubadillo meeting, **Thursday, Jan. 5,** at **On the Border in Addison.**

**Windal** **Adams**, a trainer instructor with Scuba Adventures in Plano, will be our featured speaker.

He will present the documentary, “What If,” which highlights the human factors, human errors, non-technical skills and psychological safety mistakes that led to the death of Brian Bugge. A U.S. Pacific Fleet Integrated Undersea Surveillance Systems officer, Brian died while on an off-duty closed-circuit rebreather (CCR) training dive in Honolulu.

Windal recently contacted Scubadillos, asking to be a speaker and share the elements of creating a Just Culture to prevent such tragedies.
