Our guest speaker for the Scubadillo Dive Club June 3, 2021 meeting will be Edward Pietersz (Peters) who will talk about diving opportunities in Curacao and the La Romana municipality of the Dominican Republic. He will make a general presentation about Curaçao and review “Dive ‘n Drive” and “Boat Diving” options. Ed will also focus on the Bayahibe area of La Romana with a discussion on the Dreams Dominicus property and Scuba Caribe, the dive shop.

Ed was born and raised in Curaçao. After completing college in the US, he worked in advertising and sales in New York before moving back to Curaçao to work in tourism marketing. After 10 years, Ed decided to return to the US to focus on dive trip marketing and sales for Curaçao and subsequently added the La Romana area a few years ago to his efforts. His company, Aquatic Reservations Network, specializes in setting up dive vacations to top resorts and dive shops in Curaçao and La Romana.

Meeting details
Our meeting begins promptly at 7 p.m. If your schedule permits, please come for the social/dinner hour around 6:00 p.m.
